Ragnor: If I recall correctly the old ihug Broadband 3 is not a FS/FS plan, you will most likely have to change plan too a newer one, so yeah you will have to contact Vodafone.


Ihug do sell it as FS/FS.

Either way, looks like I'll be calling VFNZ to see what's up.

EDIT: Our plan is a residential broadband 3, but that plan is not mentioned on VFNZ's site - hence I linked to the business broadband 3 above (which is FS/FS). Will get onto the updated plan shortly. Joy!
