I'm finding that now that I have a smart phone (HTC Magic) with always on e-mail and google talk, I use even less texts. E-mail and IM is cheaper, and as more and more people get these sorts of phones, you'll find that sending IM's over data will increase while text's decrease.
this all depends on who your txting .... i find ill go through about 300-500 txts on txt2000 but ill go do between 200 and 300 on bestmate (probably a good few off them are pointless .... smiley faces etc)
so it just depends on who your txting a lot and whats best for you through i do think that it should be more txts than 2000
