When I click on the prepay plans link in Firefox 3.5 I get the 500 server error.
I also have an old copy of IE7 that when I click on the link I get "The website cannot display the page"

l43a2: its funky in the pre paid menu you gotta click on a txt2000 to make the other options like TALK an txt4000 to come up in the menu ?

That's because the main Prepay page is a page inside the Online Shop - the left menu list has to be set separately and hasn't been updated in a while.

Going to any of the Prepay sub pages outside of the online shop brings the up-to-date list of sub pages on the left menu.
