Kickass: How about on account customers?

How about them?

The vast majority aren't likely to increase their spend (i.e. they'll stay within the constraints of their plans), so why would Vodafone bother trying to put anything special to them, outside of VBox offerings?

The spend by Prepay customers can be greatly influenced by special offers, so it's logical for that area to be heavily targetted.

As a Vodafone on-account customer I know what you're saying and it would be nice to get something a little more every now and again.  However, I balance this with a sense of pragmatism in relation to what I perceive the care factor of the company is, given its market share.
