grasshoper: It just seems weird because we have been with them for probably the last 4 years at least, and never had an issue untill a couple of months ago when the problem started.
For what its worth same here (although only 2 years at the current address). Perhaps some other network change thats been made has tripped something up with "dodgy" installations...
