So what your saying it is possible to re-activate, but network security or something like that makes Vodafone uneasy about activating ?

I would not say a security issue plenty of SIMs in that range active on the network I guess

We would need to pull data for that SIM from the data warehouse as it's so old and from Bell South days

Then another manual process so the SIM can be activated in the CRM system

It's more complex than it sounds

Mine was a Motorola Startac (!?) brick... I read that they pull up aerial was for show only lol

Can you make a video of all the old handsets Vodafone has, would love to see it ??...There must be some real gems.

Hi, tunturi from finland.
I have an Motorola 3300 it works with evry SIM-card i have tryed.
works also with engl. menue, manual avable, SMS send and recive. Old akkus are NC; buyed just a new 1800mAh NMH. Its se only Brick what still works. Also very nice for Car-oldtimers. Has separat 'batteriesaver' thats the 12volt input-device.

These are fairly common on eBay UK and eBay Germany - just don't expect to get much change from ~ NZ$500 for one as they truely are collectors items these days.

Are they really common, ore just out of stock?
Ebay dont offer a single 3300 and that's worldwide ! ! !
There are not a lot of thouse phones.
The 3200 you cann get, but they are without SMS.
Check the trueth my friend.
