This thread was opened 14th April 2015 and I am assuming that a lot of the issues have taken 17 months for Vodafone to resolve with little or no communication to their customers.

It would seem that VF has nothing but contempt for their cable customers to allow this to happen.

Disgusting customer relations!!!!!

There still work going on during the whee hours of the night? Something just died horribly and I was getting ~150 Kbps on both my desktop and my phone. Rebooted the modem and the router, and the poor performance remained. Waited a couple more minutes and it rebounded to normal levels.

Karori is not performing at all well since this afternoon. No idea how you paste the images, but Okla says its fine with 100meg down and 10 up with 11ms. nperf says its 49 down with 10 up with a 28ms latency.

Streaming hangs and online gaming is very laggy.

Same here ( in Island Bay). Tests are good, but real world streaming of either video or audio just stalls and buffrs

I think it's fair to say there have been issues but communications have been ongoing and contempt is not a word we would ever use in relation to customers. Do you have a cable issue to discuss?

Not at the moment..partially thanks to you.

But I did suffer from a congested cable node for almost a year and had no communication at all as I gave up most of the time as during this period the call center would take many hours of music on hold to answer the phone. No time frames were ever given.

If they can keep it up for a couple of months, I may actually have to up my plan from 50/2 to 100/10.

Or more if DOCSIS 3.1 comes calling.
