freitasm: The last few comments have some truth in then. Without going into details (which I promised I wouldn't disclose) I am aware there's a budget assigned to this problem and work is in progress to solve it. This is pretty much inline with TelstraClear disclosure both here (once) and on Twitter (a couple of times).
What is the solution, how and when it will be implemented is what I can't disclose.

..but are you saying you are aware of of information about a possible TCL solution to this 6 month issue but neither you or TCL will divulge what it is?
If this is so, I am even more disgruntled with my CURRENT ISP for divulging to limited numbers customers what the issue is and what it is doing about it.
This is like "we have a super secret but cant tell you about it".
I am sorry but this has got beyond reasonable.
I would also assume 80GB customers are in the minority other than business customers.
