Little shy of half an hour. not a single frame drop even.

the strange thing is, its passed off to ggi and doesnt go to AU like others.

Ild put it down to something todo with backhaul to auckland along that particular route.

to limit down causes though thats for me testing on ADSL, Auckland based. EUBA VLAN 10 PPPoE termination, FAIRQ + Codel Queuing 16/1 sync

I would recommend collecting more details about areas affected and not affected, see if you cant put forward a reasonable case to get NOC to actually look at it. - Suspect your better off directly contacting them than going through front line support as they quite honestly, likely wont know how to even start to deal with it.

I know that m3u8 manifests getting caught up in transparent proxy/caching setups can get pretty ugly.

It seems bgnzwtc02.wlg.vf.net.nz either prefers transit or does not have a route to the APE. If that is the case consider the possibility that non-peered connections to that streaming server are not supported/throttled by design. I don't think it is a coincidence that the other 3/3 users in this thread reporting issues are also on VF DSL/UFB in Wellington (and therefore also on bgnzwtc02).

I'll have to see if I can remember my login to Vodafone Community forums and direct them to this thread here.
