No number but say it can be whitelisted to the SIM card IMSI, which can be seen in the Mobile CRM.

First cell capacity itself, as mentioned.
Second, even though I am not on a 80GB plan I rather not be an access point for other people.
We want to roll them out to our customers at beach villages, but the problem is others connecting on and using our customer's data in the offpeak, or having more than 8 neighbours' phones connect and not let our customers own phone back on when they come in after fishing.

Hello, thank you for your time on the phone today. In response to your inquiry unfortunately, Vodafone sure signal's cannot be locked to Vodafone Sim Cards yet. Regards Vodafone.

Why should I pay $199 and my bandwidth to share it with neighbors or people passing by.
Which I suspect is one of the primary reasons why up until recently you could only use the suresignal on a Vodafone internet connect where they would zero rate this data.
*sigh*

This is better than the email reply I got. The reply I got resembles side-stepped political answer :
I asked if I can limit who connects to it, if not - if I can restrict the 3G data speeds.
Their reply:
"Thank you for your email.
As long as the sure signal is connected to Vodafone broadband modem, it will support all the Vodafone mobile ( Up to 6 to 8 devices) with in a range between 20 to 30 meters. Vodafone sure signal provides a 3 G signal so all the devices that you want to use must support a 3 g connection."
...
No offense, but that is a really lazy answer, more importantly not an answer to my questions at all. I don't think asking someone in the know was even remotely on this persons mind. This is my first impression of ever contacting VF (I'm with Spark). So any answers stay unanswered if it's not a copy and paste answerable question?
@kiwirock it's not a lazy answer it's how Sure Signal service is offered / works, Blacklist IMSI service is not publicy offered
No you can't restrcit / slow 3G data speed, The Sure Signals units are only a single carrier as it is anyway not multiple carriers like cellsites

Well I have to side with @kiwirock. It was lazy answer, it doesn't answer the question. Your reply however is not lazy and does at least answer the question.
Matthew
Cause the staff answering the emails don't work on the Sure Signal platfrom and don't know the finer complex details of it or they would be Techs / Engineers working on it
