Yes, although in the past few days, speed not good during the day either.

Youtube taking forever to buffer, as well as other streaming video, painful rapidshare downloads (Less than 80KB/s, when speeds good i achieve 400KB/s+)

I just ntoiced the problem happening now (13:50 on a Sunday) so I ran a Speedtest to LA and the results were identical to my evening results. So the problem DOES seem to occur outside of peak hours for me.

For this whole section, consider peak time as 5:30pm through midnight. You should answer all those questions even if you don't have speed problems.

Streaming, downloading files (patches etc), Xbox Live is woefully slow
