I ran 4 tests on 4G/LTE over 5 minutes. Download was between 11.4 and 16.4, upload between 21.6 and 34.9.
? get a $2 skinny sim and try spark network, also try 2D?

at least upload is good - that's usually the Achilles heel
one more thing - it is possible that the speeds you get from a 4g router will be higher than on a mobile phone?
