All sites are different,

It can be 3 days to 3 months depending what else needs to be actioned,

Like asking how long is a peice of string

cdo7: there seems to be a lot of anti vodafone in this thread.

As a positive note, I would like to thank vodafone for upgrading the oxford cellphone tower to 3G last week.

Hopefully they'll look at moving us from stoneage (2g) where I am.

Smack-bam in the middle of Whangaparaoa.

VERY limited 3G coverage at the very best
