We had another cache issue this morning. Resolved at ~ 08:45am.

Again, we are apologizing and we are investigating to make sure this does not happen again.

Well, my connection time to a DoD game server in Brisbane I usually use is off the scale - usually 35-50ms ping, I'm now seeing between 180-350ms.

Tracert is showing bizaree WN->SYD->HK->TYO->SYD routing to get to the server in Brisbane

Tracing route to 118.127.0.205 over a maximum of 30 hops

Is this still an issue? I've been having terrible trouble for the last few days - I've now given up entirely, and just switched all browsing to using my big time DSL connection (I have both). I would tell you what whatismyip.com detects as the proxy, but it's one of the sites that just doesn't work, at all. Facebook.com is also having the same trouble, leading to me being in the doghouse with the girlfriend..

It's getting harder and harder to justify the additional cash for the theoretically "fast" connection. :(
