They can move their call centre anywhere they like if I don't have to wait 40mins when I call them any more.

I'd LIKE it to be in NZ, but if having it in NZ means 40 min wait times.... na.

Now imagine the call quality if TelstraClear uses their (currently) low performing international links to connect to this new call centre via VoIP...
