Thanks for the update. When is the deletion scheduled to be run?

"usage between January 5 and January 9 will show as being used on January 10"

Mine is showing my usual daily usage on the 10th! There's no way I only used up 500mb Jan 5-9 + 10. Networx on my main monitored PC shows 2.5gb used during that time frame, plus there was probably a few hundred more on my laptop & other PC. No doubt I'll be in for another billing shock next month.

Yep my usage for the previous month has been reset to zero, I have haven't got a usage meter for this month but as long as I know I'm not going to be double charged for the usage I can live with it. My main concern is all the photos from our wedding arrived a couple of weeks ago and I started uploading them to the online backup service I use (Crashplan), as you can imagine there's quite a few GB of data.

@TelstraClear I appreciate you coming on here and letting us all know what's going on and that attempts are being made to fix the problem.

Yup, the 3Gb of backdated traffic has been removed off mine too. All sorted now. Thanks TelstraClear

My usage meter has not had an update for 20h (last update: 27/01/2011 14:15). I wonder whether other users of TCL (WLG cable in my case) are seeing the same. Are we going to have another multi-day stuff-up as we had earlier this month?

@Mauricio: I wonder whether this kind of (possibly minor) fault would be worth its own fault type in http://www.geekzone.co.nz/fault.asp (as I was not sure which category to choose I decided not to create an entry this time, but maybe there is already a suitable category).

Mine still hasn't updated since 01/01/2011, according to the meter my current active plan is until the 9th of January 2011 and has used 0 bytes. I'm relying upon the stats on my router so that I don't go over my quota.

Edit: keep a close eye on this months bill, they tried to charge me $20 in extra data charges for the month ending on the 9th. I rang them up and it confused the hell out of the CS person when it said 0 bytes.

Added "Usage meter not working" to broadband now. Please report it using that.

Firefox can't find the server at www.telstraclear.co.nz

And tomorrow is conveniently the 29th, last day of billing cycle.
