All we want is the option to purchase more data at the price of the data plus a profit margin they find acceptable, Or failing that them adding another plan in one of their plan rotations they seem to do every few months.

Even bringing up the price of the first add-on block and making it possible to repeat it would be acceptable.

Surely someone could sit down and throw together the statistics of how much the original 30gb cost them without the added charges of the line requirements, slap a profit margin on there then enter it into the system at the next update?

Vodafone bought ihug in 2006, 5 years later they still haven't managed to get mobile and homephone on the same bill, so I doubt they have the ability to simply adjust the system to allow multiple data rebuys. :)

There where and probably still are a bunch of rather strong legal restrictions preventing them from doing that if I remember correctly...

How about at least having one log in.  At the moment you have to log out of your internet account to be able to log into your mobile account

I was on the trial for GPRS so yes I have and not sure what this has to do with the topic unless you are over your data cap?

If you have a speed issue this should be looked into but what basic fault checking have you done?

The scary thing was that you were only slower than 57% of NZ.

And why is the upload still so fast?  Isn't that capped as well?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Mmm, its interesting to see that figure..

I just checked the email from vodafone, it only mentioned about the decrease of download speed to 64kbps, didn't mention about the upload speed. So I guess it isn't capped.

This is because of the same limitation - you are logging into two completely seperate billing systems, a unified login is not an option at this stage.

You are right. When I bought 750mb mobile broadband from Telecom, they put it with my home phone account straight away. So everything is on one bill. But for one landline with 10 GB broadband they charge me $85 / per month…  U__U
