Well, the company I mentioned in my post is from Denmark
And yes, my friends who are in Vodafone India too get the same result. But, if they call to Telecome Landline, there are no issues at all.

Do you have a prepay with 8 digits after the 021? Seems that they still have issues with some international calling cards when people are calling from mexico with similar things about wrong numbers or calls just not connecting.
