Hi, I work for a DHB and at present we use a primitive texting service (a cell phone loaded with a template) to the causal staff offering shifts. 

I have spoken to my Op's manager about using cloud based or software based bulk sms that can send a message to 80+ people at a time.

Any recommendations?
