So is there any way to know which sites the 'enhanced' plans are available from?

Every cellsite upgraded as part of the RBI project.

So is there a list or map somewhere that details which sites have been built or upgraded under the RBI?

http://www.vodafone.co.nz/broadband/rural/wireless-and-calling/

enter your address details into here. From a consumers perspective it's more useful than knowing which sites have been upgraded.

Useful for the layperson perhaps but for someone who knows the location of every cell site and chorus cabinet within a 30km radius... not so much!

Also it doesn't seem to have been updated recently. Still showing the same coverage it did for our area over a year ago. This despite the fact a new tower went in just over the hill from us. Unless that wasn't under the the RBI... though I find that hard to imagine given we're pretty much the definition of 'Rural'

Thanks Fraser! Have sent you PM.

Actually after looking at the 100GB Ultimate Broadband plan again, it's basically the same cost as the Vodafone RBI offering when you add another 5 x 15GB @ $20 each. You do get a bonus 50GB off-peak though...

Not sure if Vodafone let you add more than one additional block; so anyone signing up to Vodafone RBI would need to get this clarified. Possibly this has now changed, but I'll leave the Vodafone staff to confirm this.
