Not sure what this company is thinking. The deal sounds great for VOIP lines but the website is full of broken links, the signup portal link is incorrect for an example.

The FAQ's on the site also have broken links, as for the customer service forget that. Lodged a ticket a month ago still no reply.

Not a good look. Anyway has anyone used this company before?

When I visit the site it loads fine - it seems they've updated their products to be for business users and relaunched the site: http://www.callnet.co.nz/new-website-launches/

I couldn't find any info on consumer related services though (except maybe the innbox router?) - I think maybe they used to have VOIP for regular users, but it all looks like it's business user focussed.
Broadband looks reasonable, might have to give them a call and see if they serve my street as I'm looking for VDSL (I see they are using the same broadband map from Chorus?).

Looks like they are a reseller of 2talk VOIP like a number of other companies do in NZ.
