Hi All,

I have a query that I hope you can help me answer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for a particular kind of setup to meet my needs. Put simply, I would like to have an 0800 number that is routed to a Skype phone number. So for instance if someone called the 0800 number then the call goes through to a specified Skype phone number or account.

Getting the 0800 number and Skype is of course the easy bit, the problem I am having is I can find no NZ equivalent service for the "call forwarding to Skype" part. There are such services in the U.K to achieve this however I have scoured nearly ever related page I can find on the topic for NZ and cannot find anything solid.

Is there anyway to achieve what I am looking for? Again, any help would be awesome!

I havnt tried it myself but I thought it would be pretty easy from a 2talk 0800 number. to just divert it to skype.

Any 0800 number provider should just ask what number you want it to terminate on - give them the skype number.
Alternatively, use a VoIP provider such as WorldxChange or 2talk to supply the number an terminating number; then use a soft-phone.
