Hi,

I understand that ASterix would be best with a VoIP trunk but at this stage I am looking at using an Asterix Box and someone connecting it to ISDN BRA's (2). I am completely new to Asterix so have a very basic knowledge.

What hardware is available and where do you get it?

Also any suggestions as to versions that you can give me. I am palnning on replacing a Tennyson SOX system with about 12 ext

Thanks

"Asterisk" (not 'Asterix') - not being pedantic, but if you get it wrong when searching, you will come up with very little info! :-)

nicegear.co.nz sells a bit of voip gear.

Welcome to Geekzone by the way !!

There is a wiki and mailing list dedicated to asterisk at astug.org.nz and I am launching a similar site aimed at voip in general in a few weeks (have got volunteers writing articles as we speak)
