Anyone know if it is possible to transfer calls on 2Talk's CloudPBX extensions and also show the incoming caller ID?
At the moment when we answer a call and then transfer it to another extension, that 2nd extension sees a call coming from our 2talk DDI rather than the original call's caller ID.
Is it possible to have the original call's caller ID show up on the extension that the call is transferred to?
It doesn't appear to make any difference if we do an attended or blind transfer.
