Hi

I have recently setup my Linksys SPA 2102 to work with iTalk. The service is working but I'm having trouble with the voicemail setup. I would like to bypass the iTalk voicemail and just use the voicemail built into the phone. So far I have tried disabling voicemail via the Slingshot website but then the phone just keeps ringing. Is there a setting on the Linksys box that I need to change to get it working?

Nope , it's the phone setting now.
If the phone is not kicking in the vm then its the phone settings I would say

I don't think that is the case because I used to be with Xnet and the phone used to work fine with its own voicemail. I haven't changed any settings on the phone itself since we changed over. Could it perhaps be that the ring count on the Linksys is set to higher than the phones ring count before the voicemail kicks in?
