This morning my SPA2102 seems to have just up n died, so want to quickly get a replacement setup and running.

I believe the SPA2102 has been replaced by the SPA122 .... but both are still available from retailers. Is the SPA122 a better choice over the SPA2102?

Are there any other choices for a 2 x analog port router .... maybe some of the wireless ones eg the WRP400?

The SPA122 would be a very good option. It has much better router, and voice quality is noticeably better. There are a few bugs still to be ironed out, but once you have them going, they are great!
There is also a SPA232d coming out which has built in DECT option too.

The SPA122 is definitely a better choice than the SPA2102 at this point.

Stick with the SPA2102 for now until Cisco get some firmware out there that fixes the bugs.

I've got 4 at present that keep dropping the SIP registration.

I've just spent 45 minutes talking with Cisco in the US to get a newer beta firmware to address one of the number of issues I currently have.

The current production firmware still has 10 known issues in it, though there are some workaround for some of them and none of them may impact you depending on your set up.

The 2102 on the other hand is fairly solid, assuming you can still get them.

Cisco do seem to be releasing bug fixes fairly quickly, but getting hold of them at beta level before they go to production is very time consuming.

If you don't mind doing a firmware upgrade, which isn't complex, and you don't mind resetting the thing from time to time and you're not worried about missing calls when the thing falls off line, then I agree with the others, grab the new kit.

The router is quicker, it's all based on a linux core I think, it's what they're going to be developing moving forward, it's meant to do faxing where the 2102 wouldn't, it's the latest thing (which is always cool as I'm sure you'll agree).

I guess my point is don't expect it to be rock solid like your 2102 was, it's not yet, but I do expect it to get there.

Oh, and it will get v6 where as the 2102 won't aiui.

Decided to get one of each :)

Dont know what on earth has happened to my SPA2102 ... just doesnt power up at all. Figured Id get another one of those so thsat I can atleast check the plug etc ... and at teh same time get the SPA122 ready and upgraded ... and then when thats stable, Ive got a nice backup in house this time around. Not enjoying have to use a Softphone for all calls :)

SipDroid on your Android!

It will suck if you have a smartphone with smart but now power (eg one of the older slower ones) but if you've got a phone with enough power you will be surprised just how good it is.

Yea ... got sipdroid on the tablet .... but just cant make head nor tail of it (got 2.5 installed). Its great for answering calls (and have both lines registered) .... but making a call ... got no idea.

May well be the power supply dead - some of the older Linksys ones seem to have a habit of it after several years.
