Ok an update on this.
I gave up on the little Linksys ATA and got voip phones instead.
Seems to be working great now with no drops etc. and phones ringing like they should be.

Now I have some more questions though. :D

What's the best voip desk phone to get for a receptionist?
They need to be able to answer calls and transfer these, as required, to other voip phones but also be able to see who is on the phone so they know not to transfer calls to that phone.
Also need to be able to put calls on hold and answer another call if required.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

Are you registering straight to 2talk? (Ie. not via a PBX of some kind)?

I don't think 2talk support BLF to indicate who is on the phone on an endpoint, but you can see this in their reception console on 2talk live

Sorry yes, registering direct to 2talk.
