Was a bit of a strange one. I could have done a bit more if I was onsite. I sorted the incoming calls. Outgoing on the FXO all looked to be good, but calls would fail to make it out for some reason.
Will probably remain a mystery :(

useful to know coffeebaron. the only issue ive had with the yeastar appliances is some echo on pstn trunks but that was fixable via the trunk gain settings.
