Xnet have got a pretty good web based interface for setting up VFX. As for tech support, I've used their helpdesk a couple of times for DSL related issues over the past year - the fault was outside of their system on both cases, but their tech support was excellent to deal with - courteous (often a rarity these days!), and did exactly what they promised in the stated timeframe.

Tech support fantastic.  Online website, very lacking, especially when compared to 2Talk.

One example - credit card payments.  I cannot pay my bill online.  I have to ring their helpdesk to do so.

I am a WxC fanboy but the multitude of different online systems, with no links between each one, is very frustrating.
