Ok thanks for all of your help everyone. I will contact VF to see which other ports are available.
I actually went back to the starting post of this, and thought, well i didn't provide enough information on my problem, I tried to edit the original post but couldn't find the button lol.

If I get it working, i will post my method, as I have noticed a few other members having the same problem.

Good Luck getting the information/settings from Vodafone.

VEO comes with 1 x PSTN trunk and 2 x SIP trunks and includes certain calling. All Vodafone mobiles and all NZ landlines are free of charge.

The benefit is that you don't need to purchase additional SIP phones, via the built-in ATA you can use any analogue Deskphone or DECT phone.

VEO is only available on Vodafone/ihug Business accounts, I assume that is what you have.

If you manage to get another port working for a Softphone you may find 1: calling minutes are charged on top of the fixed monthly fee and/or 2: you could find the data used for voice traffic is deducted from the standard monthly data Cap.

VEO outbound calls via the 2 x SIP trunks use zero rated data so they don't reduce the monthly data Cap that comes standard with Vodafone Easy Office. The data limit is fully available for normal Internet use.

To keep it simple to explain and sell by Vodafone Sales Consultants and easy for the average SOHO or SME customer to understand, Vodafone Easy Office is all about including certain voice calls in one monthly fee. It is sold on Price and Bundled-Value and not how it works. From recent experience it’s extremely easy to sell.

For a small amount you can upgrade to have All NZ mobiles included.

Now, if you can suggest how I could integrate VEO with IP-PBX systems like Samsung/Avaya ( not Asterisk ) that would be useful as PBX use with Vodafone Easy Office is not supported.

That is easy, plug them in to the analouge port's of the Vodafone modem
