networkn: I am saying 2talk have terrible support ....
nate:
It's fine to promote your own services (on topic of course) but you need to be up-front and transparent about this. I've modified your original post to reflect your involvement with them.

networkn: Perhaps under the NP you might put Naked Plus as that way there can be no question.
ajobbins: I find the 2talk platform to be great. Their feature set blows everything else out of the water, especially at the price point.
In terms of reliability, I'd give it 2talk an A (having also use VFX, which I would rate A+).
While their support has lacked in the past, I have found it to be much much better of late, both in terms of response times and quality of support. I do some unusual stuff with my calls (Diversions left, right and center) and have had some excellent support from them recently.
knows what they are doing and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty (In return for an amazing feature set). If you want an out of the box, plug and play solution VFX is fantastic.

maverick: Still interested in the answers to my 2 questions Ramy ?
Do you wholesale voice services and with who ?
Do you have your own platform for your cloud based PABX or are you wholesaling as well ?

It's all our own support infrastructure. We do wholesale some of our services, just like almost all other broadband providers in nz.
Anyways, not my field to be honest, maybe you would like to email support@nakedplus.co.nz and ask to be forwarded to the Managing Director.
However I believe he’s already dealt with you guys over at World Exchange.
