Can other cable users get to http://www.hauppauge.com/?

My internet seems fine this morning, other than getting to this website.

Ok thanks for the confirmation. Very odd. I'll have to take a closer look why both PCs here are failing to get to this site.

If it helps it seems my TelstraClear connection was having a bit of problem with international servers this morning... It seems it's fixed now.

Definitely not fixed yet at my end, getting a lot of blank pages.

What DNS server are you using Graeme, the Paradise one or Clear?

Yes, I think this is TelstraClear having some international problems - I am still having issues.

I'm using 203.96.152.4 and 203.96.152.12

wget from my linux box is also failing to get the front webpage from hauppauge.com.

Try using the Clear DNS at 203.97.78.43 and 203.97.78.44 instead.

Thanks, unfortunately that didnt help, even after flushing the dns cache.

The TCL phone line reports 'extremely high call volumes', so I'm probably best to just retry later in the day.

I get a blank page for wikipedia.  Don't think it's a DNS problem as domain names are resolving to IP addresses fine.  Perhaps a caching issue?

EDIT:
I can get to http://www.hauppauge.com though.

True, true - just tried it and a few more and got empty HTML returned.

Can get to hauppauge but I can't get to a lot of other sites. No surprise but Telstra's Service Status page says they're no problem.

You don't choose a book by its cover but it does determine which ones you read.

They've just upgraded their cache, I think.  Take a look at http://www.whatismyip.com/ Under your IP address, it gives:

Possible Proxy Detected: 1.1 bc6

I'm sure this used to be 1.1 bc3 which I presume is the version number of whatever caching software they're using.

EDIT:  and now wikipedia is working for me, so their upgrade is done.

It still says 1.1. bc3 for me, although the international sites seem to be working now.
