I have been waiting quite patiently for the updated O365 to launch, along with the ability to download and install Office 2013 on my E3 plan....the launch date was supposed to be yesterday but I'm still not seeing anything in the portal yet, in fact I'm also not seeing updated Web Apps or OWA...

Have any of you O365 users seen these updates yet?

Are we relegated to the bottom of the pile because we're in NZ?  Whatever the case it's a bit disappointing. I chose E3 so I have access to the latest Office software as and when it becomes available.  At this rate I may as well have gone on a lower plan and supplied my own software.

EDIT: Incidentally I have just created a new trial account, and it's all 2013ified.  So new customers get the benefits out of the box but not existing paying customers?

This is nothing to do with you being in NZ except we're a day ahead obviously with timezone

existing Office 365 tenants get a rolling upgrade, you'll be notified of a time window of when this will happen

new tenants get it immediately

ill check as to when you can download the new Office 2013 client bits

if you download the Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run

from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36778

more info here http://blogs.technet.com/b/office_resource_kit/archive/2013/02/19/updated-office-deployment-tool-for-click-to-run-available.aspx%20

it will let you get Office 2013 client authN against an existing Wave 14 tenant (AKA the old Office)

We are working as quickly as possible to upgrade all the existing Wave 14 to Wave 15 tenants, but this does take some time, it doesn't happen overnight

But I hope this helps you immediately anyway...

Hi,

I gave this a go and was able to get past the setup /download part.
When running /configure it pops up asking to run Click To Run, but then when I click Yes nothing happens.
I set the configuration file to have the display level as 'All', is there any helpful guide you can provide just in case I am doing something wrong here?

Cheers.
