Hyper V installed and working (MS VPC replacement)

About half the time when i start my pc the net is inaccessible, when i run the troubleshooting doohickey it tells me there may be a problem with my hyper v ethernet adaptor (thats the virtual one) when i click try repairs as an administrator it can't do it.

However If I then disable the hyper V ethernet adaptor, then run the troubleshooter it tells me that the hyper v ethernet adaptor is disabled if I then try repairs as an administrator it re-enables the adaptor and lo and behold the internet is working again.

Note this is me trying to access the net in the course of everyday usage NOT using a virtual machine.

Short of removing Hyper V, anyone have any suggestions to solve this
