This web link from a reputable website crashes (freezes) both my chrome and IE browsers.

This is a bit unusual, I've not had a web link in the last few years that is capable of crashing a browser.

Does anyone else get this issue?

Doesn't matter though, just curious.

IE11 on Windows 8.1 with update works fine. Scrolled down and back up and it was normal.

Your machine's OS all up to date?

Do whatever you want to do man.
