i have 2 cdma phones with internet speed of 16 kb/s can i use both of them simultaniously on my computer with xp using any software available and get their mix speed of 32 kb/s please advise and help

Assuming your CDMA carrier supports multilink PPP, then it should be reasonably straightforward to set this up using XP.

This article from Microsoft should help you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307849

Please note that this is dependent on your carrier supporting ML-PPP, and in particular ensuring that your PPP sessions are both terminated on the same device -- or supporting some kind of multi-chassis MLPPP.

You have answered your own question by finding out your carrier does not support what you are trying to achieve I think.
