Chill out. It's called "joke". The sound and voice is a copy of those pre roll documentaries common in the 40s and 50s.

Very clever actually.

As for the Windows Vista movie, it was an internal tool, so what's the problem really?

Max Zuckerman from Microsoft posted this on Channel 8

One thing I've learned by being on the inside is that it's not specifically Microsoft Marketing that did this, it was probably some agency that won a bid (I'm speculating). I agree with you guys that these "viral" videos don't really get me going personally......

On the same token, it's also not "Apple Marketing" that makes their ads, it's a contracted agency.

Seen Xbox commercials? Or the Zune commercials? The xbox ones area awesome in my opinion!
