I'm thinking a Mid device would much better suit my needs. Let's face it, like many others I was going to use the iPhone as an underpowered, poor-quality mobile computing device.

I'm digging on some of the mid devices that are out right now. I like the form-factor and I like that they can run proper XP or Vista.

What's out in New Zealand? Has anyone seen a retailer with a good line, or have they not reached our shores yet? A friend picked up a Sony mid off of Trademe last year but I haven't seen anything like that since.
