Anybody ever heard of these devices for in schools?

https://www.one-education.org/products/infinity-one-windows/?variant=18187538436

Seem to be a microsoft based device rather than a chrome book.

Yep there was some mutterings about it last year when it was announced or rumoured to be announced.  Seems a great device, but probably won't get the penetration they want given most seem to think Chromebook is a better/cheaper/more versatile option.  That's debatable, but since my wife's school just did a full migration to Google it's hard to see them wanting to go with the Infinity.  Not sure why Google was chosen, some of the options for schools from Microsoft these days (licensing/services/etc) are exceptional.  It would be far better to get kids into the MS ecosystem young so they're ready for Uni and Work.

I've never looked at the MS options, is it office 365 etc?

Yeah, but there's tons of things schools can get from Microsoft.  There's just too much FUD about it.

Yeah they said that it all seemed to integrate into their other systems, which is good for them I guess.
