I have the latest MS outlook installed with several email accounts configured.

So, why does outlook suddenly start asking me to setup microsoft hello for one of those accounts, with no option to opt out?

I don't want to setup hello, just go away!!!

Microsoft office has not really improved since office 2003. They may as well have quit improving it back then and I'd be happy today!

I find it amusing that when some people have a minor problem that is likely able to be fixed by changing a setting, that they leap right to the "they should have left it alone for the last 17 years" type of response. The fact that you're not seeing numerous posts of issues like yours should indicate it's not a widespread issue impacting other people, so the sensible leap to make is "hmmm, I must have something not set up right, I should find out what that is and fix it".
