Heya,

Just wondering if anyone has a tutorial on how to setup a ad hoc network on vista (host, currentyly connected via ethernet, has wireless card) XP (client, wireless card)

When i set up the network the XP laptop can see / connect to the network but i do not get any internet access etc.

I have enable ICS on the ethernet connection on my vista PC

Cheers

A few days later...

If you're still having problems, it could be an inconsistency with your IP configuration.  Use ipconfig /all in a command window on both machines to check the first three segments of the ip (v4) addresses bound to the wireless adaptors are the same and that both machines are on the same subnet.
