Kia ora,

Can we access OneDrive files and folders under one Microsoft account from a separate Microsoft account? (both are Microsoft email addresses and we have Microsoft 365 Family).

On our Windows 10 laptop and PC we could see all our folders without having two accounts or having to share folders (they were both logged into the same Microsoft account).

Hope this is clear.

Thanks

Thank you. Ideally we would prefer using them as before but can try sharing if that is not possible

If you share with another Microsoft account they will appear on their computer like their other folders would.

And vice-versa if they share with you.
