Have a look at this if you want to keep folders across a home network in sync. Or backup a flash card to a hard drive.

Seems to work really well. Good old Microsoft!! Cool

If you wantto synchronise over the Internet (or any network really) try http://www.foldershare.com - Microsoft bought the company some time ago and the software is also nice. It integrates with Google Desktop, and more...

But if you only use to synchronise local computers, then SyncToy is nicer.
