Dual screen usage of windows 8 is a pain, as you have to get the mouse into exactly the right place to bring up the charms, where the screens join.
Windows 8 is much easier to use with the keyboard shortcuts:

Hardly use the keyboard though, mainly mouse or wacom tablet
