Anyway, just out of curiosity, was the call made to NZ customer service or US customer service ? :D
I think it would take a *long time* to reach NZ customer care that there was some problem regarding WGA :( and also I think Microsoft would have done more tests to confirm the failure and that might have taken more time. Anyways, been that its solved now, I think we can move along...
