I have not been the victim of this problem Cool but the customer service should have been notified so that they dont tell customers that they are running pirated copies of windows software :(, thats bit annoying...

Anyway, just out of curiosity, was the call made to NZ customer service or US customer service ? :D

I think it would take a *long time* to reach NZ customer care that there was some problem regarding WGA :( and also I think Microsoft would have done more tests to confirm the failure and that might have taken more time. Anyways, been that its solved now, I think we can move along...Laughing
