Throw us bone. Please .
Many IT companies are still doing this ~free~ upgrade, so those doing the right thing are penalized by charging for what others charge nothing for (except labor)
Its hardly a level playing field for those who choose to be legit with win10 upgrades .

We're playing it safe with clients and just getting them Win10 licenses - if they ask about the "free" upgrade we say that sure, we can try that but no guarantees so most take the safe way.

Lots of people attempted upgrade at the time and rolled it back due to issues thus still running Windows 7/8, but have rights to the free upgrade. I'd assume if it allows "free" upgrade then this is the reason why. So many complaints at the time of computers auto free upgrading at the time and running into issues, so I'd say there are many Win7/8 machines out there that have legitimate rights to the free upgrade.
