1101:
MS needs to make Win10 Pro , a 100% for business use OS

They already make a 100% business use OS. Win10 Enterprise which has out of the box settings to disable all the consumer features of the OS.

Force EVERY manufacturer's OEM to be clean
ie no McAffee Or Norton that expires in a month,  leaving no working AV
ie no preloaded bloatware (eg Lenovo apps that stop cam working in Zoom)

HP, Lenovo, Dell & Dynabook all offer models that can be ordered with Signature editions of Win10 which is exactly what you're after (Lenovo for example make it standard on all their Thinkpads now and for HP or Dell it's just an option selected during the order config).

Back in my mainframe days (Burroughs then Unisys), MCP (now ClearPath MCP Software) had guaranteed compatibility with two previous versions. That's it. Manage your upgrade path. Digital debt is bad.
