Yeah, I was reading it on mswhs.com, and tried two places:

suprtbiiz.com - when adding to the checkout it gets a MASSIVE $59USD shipping cost - i emailed and queried them and also found out they dont accept international credit cards - you hve to pay by telegraphic transfers (which I think it a $20NZD cost from the banks here). Not very good

ccl online, which do international delivery, and all up its only $87NZD including shipping, a REAL bargin compared to the $200 it costs over here.

Also, if you get a Technet Subscription (available in NZ) then you get WHS 2011, plus all the other Microsoft stuff, for about $400 (and its all download only - there is no media to ship).

Sorry, my concern is not with it being available overseas, but with it not being available here. I was understanding that NZ is a Tier One country, so it surprises me that the product (SKU) is not available - even with it being an OEM product.

Ah thanks for sharing the link, that's more a price a may be willing to pay for what is a minor set of features over v1 along with the loss of DE.
Now just need to decide whether it is worth the pain to move from v1 and the $, or going back to something more basic using one of the Win7 licenses I have lying around and getting scheduled tasks/synctoy or similar to do some heavy lifting.
