10240 is the final build, and it actually looked like you were already running Windows 10.

I have the exact same problem. I have made an ISO from the install.esd file and am 15% through the install at the moment :)

All installed and officially activated. Proper ISOs are still not available but things seemed to have worked ok so I will just grab them when I get up.

Currently only have 140Mb in that folder...

Oh well, I just get a "Windows 10 Upgrade has been reserved. We'll let you know when it is ready to be installed." Guess I just need to be patient
