Really? We got it on our win 7 laptop, win 8.1 desktop, win 8.1 laptop yesterday and I haven't checked hubby's work ultraportable win 8.1 but I'm betting it's there.

Edit: my to our- I don't own all that stuff by myself!

I have update KB3035583 on 10 x Win7 PCs - so far only half of them have shown the "white flag".
Presumably MS are staggering their push campaign.

Got it on all our computers, apart from the Pipo running Windows 8.1 with Bing. Probably doesnt qualify?

Im wondering if they are not offering it to my 7 computers because they are on a domain.

But my 8.1 lappys are not, and neither are my little pipo or other 8.1 with bing boxes so who knows. Still nothing on any of them here, Have even done windows updates on the downloading computers for the first time in 6 months or so to see if that provoked it. It did not.

I got it on my laptop on Monday but still nothing on desktop (both running Win 7). After accepting on my laptop I noticed a very major slowdown of internet so I am guessing it started downloading it right away?

its not RTM, so its not downloading yet :)

Just got the "Get Windows 10" logo on my NUC running Win7.
I'm a bit surprised - for such a simple device.

What about windows 8.1 RT? I haven't seen it appear on my dell windows 8.1 laptop yet which is odd. But presume that it doesn't make any difference.
